Trust and payment model

LukWuk adds verified profiles, attendance tracking, reviews, two-party cash payment confirmation, and a dispute path around each shift. During beta, businesses pay workers directly in cash after a completed shift. Workers do not pay LukWuk fees.

Business pricing

LukWuk is built for single shifts and day work, not permanent hiring. Businesses can set a total shift budget per worker (starting at J$4,750) and LukWuk splits it into two steps: (1) a booking deposit (20% of worker pay, J$1,250 minimum per shift) added to your statement only when a worker confirms, and (2) the remaining cash balance that stays in your register to pay the worker directly after they complete the shift. High-volume venues can choose monthly plans starting at J$10,000 per month with J$0 per-shift booking deposits within plan limits.
